- Support for Community Subscription is free and provided by
the community members on a voluntary basis. Support for
Academic and Business Subscriptions are paid for and is
done by Quintolabs and its technological partners.
Extended development support is performed directly by
Quintolabs staff members and requires status of an OEM Partner.

- Program updates and custom feature development
- Development support involves production of critical fixes,
patches, new and custom funtionality for the product.
Critical patches are released as soon as possible to
all subscription plans; non critical fixes and feature
requests are biased toward business and academic editions;
OEM partners who have signed Non
Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Partner Agreement with
QuintoLabs will get full access to source
code and development support needed to integrate, fix
or update qlproxy into third-party appliances and products.
